During the trailer launch, Akshay Kumar, who plays the lead role of an Indian Air Force (IAF) officer in the film, was asked about his emotional connection to wearing a uniform and how it feels to embody a character beyond just being an actor.

“My father was in the army, so this feeling is inbuilt in me,” Akshay explained, adding “When I wear a uniform, it automatically imbues me with strength. I’ve worn different uniforms before, but this is the first time I am donning the Indian Air Force uniform,” he added.
