Taipei [Taiwan], February 5 (ANI): Taiwan’s Ministry of National Defence (MND) on Wednesday detected 12 Chinese aircraft, seven naval vessels, and three PRC balloons around the island as of 6 am (UTC+8).
Eight aircraft crossed the median line and entered Taiwan’s southwestern Air Defense Identification Zone (ADIZ).
Sharing a post on X, MND wrote, “12 PLA aircraft and 7 PLAN vessels operating around Taiwan were detected up until 6 a.m. (UTC+8) today.”
It added, “8 out of the aircraft crossed the median line and entered Taiwan’s southwestern ADIZ. 3 PRC balloons were detected during this timeframe.”
